I charge $10 per notarization + a travel fee based on your location.

Notarization requires that I confirm the identity of the signer with a current, government-issued picture ID.
Residents in retirement communities should plan on meeting me in your common area near your lobby or foyer. Most places have tables and chairs where we can complete your paperwork and notarization. If you prefer, we may meet in your room.
Before scheduling a nursing home visit, I’ll need to know your visitor procedures. I realize that some people may not be ambulatory and will need bedside assistance. I’ll have to speak with the nursing facility’s administration office to find out the protocols for entering a room.
PLEASE NOTE: I cannot notarize for someone who is heavily medicated or has cognitive impairment. A valid notarization requires that the signer exhibit awareness and understanding of the document.
