As a Michigan notary public, individuals and companies entrust me with a variety of important tasks. I obtain a background check every year, maintain a bond and insurance policy, and have a notary loan signing agent certification from the National Notary Association.

I work throughout Calhoun, Kalamazoo, and Barry counties.

In-Home Notary
Many types of government and commercial forms require you to sign them in the presence of a notary public. For your convenience, you can hire a travel notary to visit you at your home, work, or other convenient location.
People choose to pay for mobile notary services in Michigan if they need a form notarized after business hours or if they find it inconvenient to travel themselves to a bank or other retail notary.
Permanently or temporarily disabled people also value mobile notary services.
You may also want the privacy to complete forms at your home or office with a notary instead of standing in line and taking care of paperwork in front of other customers.
Common forms requiring notarization:
- Spousal Consent for Retirement Plan Distribution
- Co-parenting plans
- Child travel consent form
- Utility easements
- Quit Claim Deeds
- Power of Attorney
- State of Michigan Unclaimed Property Form

Mobile Real Estate Closer
Real estate closings comprise a large portion of my Michigan mobile notary services. Title companies and signing services frequently hire me when they need a mobile real estate closer in Calhoun, Kalamazoo, or Barry Counties.
With my mobile real estate closing services, you will complete your loan or seller documents at the location and time of your choice. Due to my familiarity with real estate closing documents, I can explain their meaning and purpose to you and help you contact your title company for additional guidance as needed.
Private Estate Plan Signing Notary
Building an estate plan culminates with one or more people signing their estate plan documents, typically wills, trusts, and power of attorney.
Although you can sign your estate plan at a law office, you also have the option of taking care of it elsewhere. If your attorney cannot attend in person, or you self-prepared your documents, you can hire a mobile notary to meet with you when you sign your documents.
You may hire me as an estate plan notary for the convenience of picking your time and location. Some people take this route because they find it difficult to leave the house or they are hospitalized or recovering in a skilled nursing facility.
Local Legal Document Courier
Sometimes you can’t wait overnight for a shipping service to deliver important documents. You can entrust your documents to me by sending them electronically or have me pick them up from a local location. I can then print them, delivery them, and, if needed, oversee the signing, and return them with your shipping label or to a local court, law office, or title company. I can scan and upload signed documents as well so that you can see them completed on the same day.
Notaries are a good choice for local legal couriers because they can notarize documents if necessary or confirm identity of the receiver according to your directions.
Law Office Support Services
I can provide mobile notary support for law offices in a number of ways. I can hand deliver estate plan or real estate documents. I also have experience meeting with injury victims for personal injury law firms at their homes or hospital rooms.
I-9 Verification or ID Proofing
Employers often entrust notaries as their designated representatives to meet with remote workers and certify their ID credentials on an I-9 or other form.
Hospital Notary (including the VA)
A worsening medical condition can land someone in the hospital without warning. You may need to complete a power of attorney to enable a friend or family member to handle your affairs. Sometimes people sign their estate plan documents while hospitalized.
Whatever you need done while hospitalized, I can visit you in the hospital and notarize your documents.
I serve:
- Bronson Battle Creek
- Bronson Kalamazoo
- Oaklawn Hospital in Marshall
- Battle Creek VA Medical Center
Nursing Home or Assisted Living Home Notary
People living in an assisted living center or staying at a skilled nursing facility can depend on me to meet with them and provide private support while completing documents.
Fort Custer Notary
Are you on duty at the Fort Custer Training Center and suddenly discover that you need an important form notarized? If you can’t find a notary on base, call me. You’ll have to meet me at the gate so the guards will let me in, or we can meet nearby in Augusta or Springfield. As long as your military ID has your picture and signature, I can use it to complete your notarization. Otherwise, you’ll need a driver’s license or passport.
